Kelly Pneumatics, Inc. offers reduced cost, single-valve design Precision Electronic Pressure Regulators with PID control circuitry. Using either an externally supplied dynamic/static input signal, or an onboard adjustable set-point value, these products provide exceptional closed-loop, proportional, output pressure control characteristics. By utilizing proportional valve technology, each Precision Electronic Pressure Regulator performs with excellent resolution and consistency. The Precision Pressure and Flow Controller product line consists of two categories: pressure regulators and a pressure relief valve.
Kelly Pneumatics offers two distinct Electronic Precision Pressure Regulators for high and low flow pressure control applications. Either version can replace manual pressure regulators or discreet component systems when more precise regulation is required, offering significant improvements over traditional dual on/off valve electronic pressure regulators that cause substantial shock waves in the regulated pressure signal. Kelly Pneumatics also offers an Electronic Relief Valve for high volume relief flow for precise chamber pressure control. Kelly Pneumatics offers two electronic boards to enhance the use of the remaining product lines; using these boards simplifies setting up a pressure control or air flow application. All offered valves can be used in combination with the Valve Driver Board and/or the RS232 Converter Board for very accurate flow control with excellent resolution. All our Precision Electronic Pressure Regulators and Flow Controllers can also be used with the RS232 Converter Board for high resolution pressure control via a computer or micro-processor.
